It was originally incorporated as Q- Capital Microfinance Ltd but later changed into Quick Capital Microfinance Limited . The company was issued with a Certificate to Commence Business on 20th November 2013.It is licensed by Bank of Ghana to provide microfinance services in accordance with the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Act, 2008 (Act 774) on 21st August,2014.
